Terms of Service

1. All client work is confidential. An NDA can be provided upon request.
2. Payment terms are agreed in a contract before work begins. For fixed-price
   agreements, a good-faith deposit is required before work starts, with the
   balance paid upon delivery of agreed milestones.
3. All work is performed remotely. On-site work is not currently offered.
4. Deliverables are provided as-is unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
